Several years back, I worked at Total Hearing Care, where Ingrid was a patient. What a kind, gracious, joyful person! She clearly suffered a lot of physical discomfort, but she was an absolute joy. She always brought her crocheting in, and at one point, she even made me a beautiful green scarf. Ingrid was a blessing to everyone she encountered, and I'm so grateful I had the chance to meet her. I am so sorry for your loss.
This candle is for you, mom - for the beautiful life you led, always full of compassion, selflessness, and neverending faith. As I prepare for your ceremony tomorrow, my heart aches, but I feel peace that you are no longer suffering. Love you forever, mom
Ingrid was my friend from pulmonary rehab. She was so loved; strong, brave and so courageous. She was like a mentor always teaching what she had learned in Pa. I remember when she came back I wanted to give her a big hug but she had learned we could only touch elbows! I recalled everything she taught me and shared with others. She was beautiful; kind and gentle. In truth she was an amazing woman; a giant amoug woman. I will never forget her.
