Dear Carmela and Family,
We are so sorry to hear about the passing of Frank. We have known him for a very long time as we worked with him in Irvington. He was always the life of a party. Always light hearted and witty. Being in his company was always a joy. I am sure Carmela he told you on several occasions he needed to check something with insurance with Linda although I hadn't work at Town Hall for 21 years I would try to help him. I can tell you he will be missed by so many for the fun memories we have of him and his father, Walter. He adored you and his family and wasn't afraid to say it. Our sincere sympathy. May he rest in peace as he has had a rough time. God's blessings and prayers to you and your family. Much love.
